2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using EverFlow Webinars, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are using the service for lawful purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). Payments are billed in advance monthly or annually. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Free Trial Offer

We may offer a $1 for 7 days trial. This is limited to one per customer. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan automatically.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. The request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. It applies only to your first purchase and not to renewals or add-ons.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the platform unlawfully or abusively.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use EverFlow Webinars to send spam, host illegal content, violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to hack or abuse the system.

10. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. We own the EverFlow platform and technology.

11. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime beyond what is required by law.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data handling.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bo Innovations Pty Ltd against claims arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

16. Privacy

Your use of EverFlow Webinars is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing them on our website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
